FirstCapital advises ClassForKids on its acquisition by The Access Group

  FirstCapital advised ClassForKids, the UK market leader for booking and management software for kids activity clubs, on its sale to The Access Group, a provider of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland and Asia Pacific backed by Hg Capital and TA Associates.

• Result:

  ClassForKids will join The Access Group’s Non-Profit and Education division. This acquisition will expand The Access Group’s solution suite of award-winning software, which delivers to over 11,000 customers.
