London, 5 August 2009FirstCapital has won the prestigious title of Small Investment Bank of the Year – UK in the ACQ Country Awards 2009.Now in its second year, ACQ Finance Magazine Country Awards for Achievement recognise the top M&A dealmakers and their transactions. Winners are selected via an independent poll of the magazine’s readership that is made up of 37,000 senior industry professionals that subscribe to the publication. This year’s awards enjoyed even greater participation than last year with almost 3,000 votes.
