Internet and Digital MediaSean joined FirstCapital in June 2009 and is focused on the internet and digital media sector. Previously, Sean spent three years at Morgan Stanley, advising institutional funds and hedge funds on listed Japanese equities. He has also worked at Citigroup in the European semiconductors equity research team; and in scientific research at Oxonica, the Oxford University nanotechnology spin-out company, and Toppan Research Institute, the Tokyo-based global fibre optics company. In addition, Sean is the founder of an online business which advises school students applying to Oxford and Cambridge Universities. Sean is a graduate of Oxford University, where he gained a MEng. in Materials Engineering and Economics. He speaks conversational Japanese.
