FirstCapital was founded in 1999 by Hazel Moore and Jason Purcell, two highly successful investment bankers who wanted to offer a world-class service to innovative technology companies that was more personal, more relevant and delivered better results.

Today, our team comprises a formidable combination of senior investment bankers and analysts of the highest calibre that have experience of working in and dealing with businesses across three continents.  We have collectively advised over 220 clients, from technology start-ups to multinationals, on a wide range of domestic, international and cross-border transactions worth over $145 billion.
